That's The Way It Is...

I am still fighting this bug I picked up last weekend...no, that's not quite right...I'm not "fighting" it, I'm just allowing it to work it's way through my system. There are some illnesses and setbacks that require a "fight", this is not one of them. This one requires patience and pampering. It requires me to drink liquids and rest. It requires me to do what my body needs to do to restore itself. A low to non-existent immune system means bolstering where I can and being sensible. And trying not to let this miserable excuse for a summer dampen my spirits. This is simply a day for relaxing, flipping through magazines, napping and just letting the day unfold.

You are so brilliant to know that there is no fight needed this time. Just thinking of you pampering and taking care of yourself makes feel better for you. Such a wise woman, Ms Sherry ! If I were there, I would shoo anyone who was bothersome away, fluff up your pillows, give you a fresh cup of some yummy tea with lemon and then leave you alone with those mags...
Keep taking good care of that precious self !

Oh Sweet Sherry....I am sorry you are feeling peckish. Get lots of rest my dear. Let everyone else in your house take care of themselves.

The bracelet arrived and I will size it for you this week and send it back on it's way :)

Love you my sweet friend,
LuLu~*xoxo

Sherry Lee: Sounds like a fabulous idea to me since bronchitis has temporarily taken over my body. Just trust our body to know what to do, support it, relax, and try to do a few things that bring us pleasure. Oh, after Kim finishes up there with you, I wonder if she would be willing to come here . . . :)

Hope you wash that virus right away with all the water you are drinking. Be well.

Sorry to hear you are still being troubled by "that bug"!! Take care of yourself, have someone bring you a nice cup of tea and just let the world go about its business, while you rest. Hope you are feeling better soon!!!
Hugs, Renate

The weather seems to fit your own state of being. Are those all your magazines?! Whooppee! Sitting back (in a chaise lounge perhaps?), flipping the pages, sipping tea (hot or cold), taking care of yourself. Aaahh. Yes indeed it is great to be a read-a-holic!

I hear ya. Lie low and just take it easy. If you can stand it, have some chicken soup and tea. Those are the two cure alls and sleep, beautiful, restoritive sleep. *hugs*
