wow I really love this quote, it says so much so simply. I really like the part "create the kind of self that you will be happy with ..." We do have the ability to do this if we trust ourselves & listen, listening then following up with doing, lessons I'm learning at this point in my life. May I use this quote on KAP?
This should be love yourself 101! I wish I had known these quotes when I was so much younger and harder on myself. As I get older I have learned to trust myself more. It is a never completed lesson though. Thanks for this quote:>)
