Great song !!We have to hold on to our hopes , dreams - everything - and become stronger even if we don`t think it at the time .
And when you manage to hold on for one more day (or days, weeks, months - even years!) things can and do change – for the better.

Memory lane! Oh my goodness. I remember this as one of the songs I would blast when it came on the radio. It's a classic, isn't it?
I remember doing cool down in aerobics to this song. Its a classic!
