this is not what I wanted to do

this is not working in any way that makes me feel like "me"
there is no direction, no goal, no purpose.
I thought at the outset that the purpose was clear
however
the execution is being done against the grain
and it's making what I see cloudy, foggy and unclear.
So the question arises:
why am I doing it at all?

I get the feeling that you`re having these feelings - about this blog ?
maybe you`re priorities have changed once again - due to the other hurdles you had to endure . making and keeping this place has to be a joy to continue and not a weight on you - that you feel you have to .
I guess you do need more time to actually think what you want - regardless of others .
I hope you find what you`re looking for ..
If you're asking that question, perhaps it's time to step back, put it aside, let it go...
There's a sense of relief to be found in letting go when things are not working out as hoped - and perhaps some day you may return to "it."

She is such a great, loving soul and a beautiful warrior woman. She really deserves peace, I think...what's that ? Ahhhh, she already has the answer. She's already been here, then, eh ? So, she just needs to feel the love and use it... Coooool ! Well thanks then ! You are always there when I need you, you know ! Lotsa love !

Your friends who have posted already are awesome, great advice, and I love the prayer Kim has sent for you, the answer could be right there inside you, but you can't hear it yet.
I couldn't say anything different than they have really, just go with your heart and do whatever feels right for you sweetie :) You know I support you totally in whatever you do, be it this blog, which by the way you do NOT have to post on each and every day, no one expects that, or be it something else. If you are not enjoying something, and you have a choice, don't do it!

I love Kim's prayer and I would echo it. You already know I support you in anything and everything and that I believe you have to stop and listen to your heart as it usually knows before we do.

Take the direction your heart is pointing. If that is not clear, because of the fog, then stop and wait until the sun shows you the way.
The answer is almost always inside of us. It just takes awhile to surface.

Everyone has already said pretty much what I would say ... listen to your heart and do what you need/want to do. There's nothing to stop you from picking up what you've left off down the road or maybe it's time to close the door on that chapter for good. Whatever you decide, you know we'll all support you. Unfortunately, only you can know what's best for you and sometimes that's not the easiest choice. It might even affect the lives of those around you, making your decision more difficult. Life is too short not to be enjoying each and every moment.
I think you already know what you have to do, Sherry. It's just taking that step that's the hard part. Take a deep breath and jump ... we're right there to catch you.

You sweet thing. I really thought about your posting today and all that keeps coming to mind is...do what feels right to you. Be you. That's all you have to do. Deep down you know the answer. It is inside of you just waiting to be found. If you can't feel the answer right now, that's okay. It will come in its own time. It's also okay not to know. We all don't always know. Remember that...you are just like us all. I definitely have had to re-group more than once (or twice or three times!) We are all in this together. It is going to be alright. I'm new to your site so don't know any history, but I know these words well for I have heard them in my own mind many times. I think I ask "what" alot, what am I doing here? what is my next step? I feel the answer like having a word on the tip of your tongue that you can't quite get, it's right there ...., sometimes there are breaks in the clouds, some days are sunny & clear, some days I just have to let it be for a time ... have trust & faith that I am where I am meant to be for this moment at least
